Established
in
the
year
1993,
the
Department
of
History
has
one
full
time
and
two
C.H.B.teachers.
The
Department
offers
Special
Historty
at
the third
year level.
In
addition
to
this
an
Add-on
course in
History
Skill
Oriented
Subject
(Indian
History
For
Competitive
Examinations)
is also offered
to
the
students
of
B. A.
III
.
A
certificate
course
in
Modi
script
is
conducted
every year
for
the
benefit
of
the
students.The
Department
organises seminars, webinars
and
workshops
every
year.
We
have
organised
B.A.III
(History)syllabus based workshops
in
collaboration
with
Punyashlok
Ahilyadevi
Holkar
Solapur
University.
In
addition
to
this
we
help
our
students
to
tap
their
potentials
by
arranging
a
number
of
activities
like
workshops,
group
discussion
etc.
Expert
lectures
are
arranged
every
year
so
as
to
help
students
reap
maximum
benefits.
We
have
signed
a
Memorandum
of
Understanding
with
a
few institute
like

(Nitin
Anvekar)

College
of civil
Service
,Solapur
A
number of collaborative
activities are organised
with
these
institute
and
students
actively participate
in
the
same.

is

arranges

of

Maharaj
